We want you to be completely satisfied with your BioAlign orthotics. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer the following:

• 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If your custom orthotics do not provide the comfort or relief expected, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a free adjustment or exchange.
• Custom Orthotics: Because custom orthotics are made specifically for your feet, they are non-refundable once fabricated. However, we will work with you to adjust or remake them at no additional charge within the guarantee period.
• Off-the-Shelf Products: Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging.
• Show Purchases: Items purchased at trade shows or events follow the same policy. Please retain your receipt.

BioAlign stands behind the quality of every product we make.

• Custom Orthotics — 1-Year Warranty: All custom orthotics are warranted against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Orthotic Covers & Accessories: Covers and accessories carry a 90-day warranty against defects.
• What is Covered: Cracking, delamination, or structural failure under normal use conditions.
• What is Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, improper footwear, exposure to extreme heat or moisture, or alterations made by a third party.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us to begin a warranty claim.

We ship custom orthotics and products across Canada and select international destinations.

• Processing Time: Custom orthotics typically take 7–14 business days to fabricate and ship after your order is confirmed.
• Shipping Carriers: We use Canada Post and courier services. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
• International Orders: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
