If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

BioAlign provides the following services:

• Free Foot Scan: A complimentary computerized foot alignment assessment using our podoscope technology
• Custom Orthotics: Heat-moldable, custom-fitted orthotic insoles
• Foot Alignment Assessment: Digital postural and pressure analysis
• Shows & Events: Mobile scanning and fitting services at trade shows and community events across Canada
• Partnership Program: Business partnership opportunities for clinics, retailers, and entrepreneurs

Important: Our foot scan and assessment services are informational tools only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For medical conditions, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards, debit, and cash at in-person locations
• Custom orthotics are fabricated specifically for you — please review our Return Policy before purchasing

• Custom Orthotics: Non-refundable once fabricated, as they are made specifically for your feet. We offer free adjustments within 30 days if you are not satisfied.
• Off-the-Shelf Products: Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund
• Show Purchases: Same policy applies — retain your receipt
• Defective Products: Covered under our 1-year warranty — see our Business Policy for details

• Appointment bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via email
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
• BioAlign reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances — we will notify you as soon as possible
• Walk-in availability at shows and events is not guaranteed

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our website without written permission

• Any errors or omissions in website content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
